Wedge Wire Screen Pipe Introduction :
Wedge wire screen , made of welded as well as loop profile wires, can be produced in varous shapes; according to the particular technological application, it is possible to produce various wedge wire cylinders, baskets and other shaped wedge wire areas which are irreplaceable at dehydration, thickening, filtration and separation processes, for example in the sugar industry and many other food industries (breweries, chocolate factories, meat industry etc.), in the chemical, pharmaceutical and processing industries (as so called passive filters, reactors, candle filters etc.) and in many other compactor processes, for example compactors of coal and other solid minerals and raw materials, thickening suspensions and mud in sewage treatment plants etc.; the screens have an extremely strong construction, high aperture accuracy of cylindrical design in the axial and radial directions and plain outside or inside working area; this is the only possible technical solution for many technological processes (centrifugal machines, gravity dewatering and defecation machines etc.)
