Pipe Based Wire Wrapped Sand Screen Tube is made of steel bars and v-shaped wire around welding, steel bars and V-shaped wire around resistance welding, with high welding strength, uniform gap, strong corrosion resistance, effective filtration area, good permeability, simple structure, belongs to the surface filtration form. As a filter element for various forms of automatic filters (such as automatic backwash, brush self-cleaning) for fluid filtration in various industries, the filtration accuracy is 20-800μm.
The finished products have the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, uniform gap, good seepage, easy to clean and reverse cleaning.
