There are countless filtration products. Today, I'd like to introduce wedge wire screen.

Wedge wire screen, also known as Wedge wire screen pipe, Johnson screen, Water well screen, Well screen, Stainless steel screen filter, Wire wrapped screen pipe, Full welded Vee-shaped wire screen pipe, Water screen filter, Wedge wire heelgard screens, Wedge wire heel guard screens, Cylindrical wedge wire screen, Wedge wire screen cylinder, Wound screen, Trapezoidal wire screen pipe.

Wedge wire screen is made by welding the wrapped wire (wire) and the support rod. The shape of the wire is Vee-shaped wire, (triangular wire or trapezoidal wire), and the support rod can be triangular wire, round wire, square wire and flat steel bar.

Wedge wire screen have 3 different forms:

1. Standard form:

    The outer surface is smooth. the support rod is inside, and in the direction of the screen pipe's length;

    The wire is wound around the outside in circles, the entire screen pipe is made by welding a single wire without any joints,

    The wide side of the wire is on the outside, and the tip of the wire is welded to the support rod facing inward;

    The filtration type is from the outside to the inside;

    The two ends of the screen can be without joints, or with welded rings, male/female threads, flanges, blind plates, etc.;

    The normal sizes of the wire are: 0.76*1.5mm, 1*2mm, 1.2*2mm, 1.2*2.3mm, 1.5*2mm, 1.5*2.5mm, 2*3mm, 2*3.5mm, 2*4mm, 2.2*3.5mm,

3*4.6mm, 3*5mm, other dimensions can also be customized;

   The size of the support rod needs to match the wire, as the support rod only serves a supporting function, so we will recommend it.

2. Reverse form:

    1) INVERTED: External circumferential inverted wire and axial internal support rods.

    2) INTERNAL AXIAL WIRE (wire-base): Internal axial wire with external circumferential support rods.

    3) INTERNAL CIRCUMFERENTIAL WIRE (re-rolled): Internal circumferential wire with external axial support rods.

3. Panels form and arc form:

    We cut standard wedge wire screen, and flatten it

    The wedge wire screen panels can without frame, and with frame.

    Also can shaped it into an arc.

These 3 forms, all size and material can be customized.

Size : Diameter, lenght, slot/gap, wire size, support rod size, ends, filter types.

Material: Stainless steel 304 316L is the normal, we can also make SS201, SS321, hastelloy C276,  duplex steel 2205, duplex steel 2507, 904L and so on.

Wedge wire screens feature a wide variety of types, with a minimum precision of 20 micrometers.
