Product Description

SS 316 Slot 40 Johnson Type Wedge Wire Backwash Filter Tube for filter cartridge is composed of V-shaped profile wires and longitudinal support rods, forming a tube body with fixed value grooves. The custom grooves are CNC machined to ensure uniform gaps, with each intersection fusion welded for solid structure and excellent mechanical properties.

The opening of the tank is V-shaped with small internal opening and large external opening. This design prevents impurities from passing through from inside to outside while allowing backwashing from outside to inside, avoiding clogging and extending service life.
