Stainless Steel Back Flush Screen Characteristics:

The Screen drum was made by rods and wrapped wires, of which the rods can be V Shaped profile or wedged profile, the wrapped wire is V shaped.
With precise slot size, high filtration accuracy is assured
Firm structure, heat and corrosion resistance, very good mechanical performance
Long life span, safety and reliability, can be used as the filter of various medium.

Stainless Steel Back Flush Screen is made by Johnson screen mesh through reverse welding. The liquid flows from inside to outside. The revolutionary reverse rolled slotted wedge wire screens is extremely rugged and more clog-resistant than conventional strainer elements that use perforated plate or wire mesh screens.

The reverse rolled slotted wedge wire screens provide continuous debris removal from fluid piping systems that demand full time uninterrupted flow and can operate through a wide range of positive operating pressure and solids loading with effective debris removal and back washing across the entire pressure range.

There are two types of the screen cylinder: the inside circle wire (circle gap) and the inside vertical wire (vertical gap). It can be made according to customer's requirements.
